5 points - First Impressions
I would suggest going with a white text color instead of the black text for a dark green layout. It would still match, since white is in your enter image. When you enter the site, the iframe is too large for the screen. I have to go all the way to 1600 x 1200 for the layout to not scroll. It's not appealing your visitors to scroll through the iframe and then the main page as well.

13 points - Layout and Unique Designs
Aside from the main iframe, the one containing the tagboard is too small as well. I can't even read the comments left in it, since you can only see the right half. The left side is cut off. I would suggest using DIV layers for the tagboard anyway, since it will stay the same size on every page. As I go to read through your content, I realize you've disabled the select function. Now it's impossible to highlight the text so I can get a better read. Ok, well, there are ways around that.

8 points - Navigation and Fonts
It's very easy to find your navigation. But, it's a little hard to read. Although I didn't quite like the idea of having the dark font, I liked the css. Luckily it was a white colour texted CSS ^_^ I knew where the links were.
But after browsing a few minutes, I come to realise that the links are bold, and you can only know that its a link by hovering around every bold words.

19 points - Site content
About:
Your stats for Gillian and Shane are fine. But how about you expand them more. Instead of short blurbs, write complete sentences. Also, Gillian seems to have more written about her. Beef up the content on Shane. I want to know how he almost died at birth, and I'm sure I'm not the only one. What really confuses me is why there's a page about you here. It's fine to have a personal site, but this is most definitely a fan site. Leave the main content for the actual theme of your site. I also recommend moving away from alphabetizing the links. Rather, put them in the order that you think your guest should go in. What page do you think is the most logical for me to look at first? Second? You get the picture.

News:
Your article clippings are good, but not everyone knows Dutch. If it's possible, I would provide a translation for your visitors. Also, you offer the years and sources for some of the interviews and articles, but not all. I would list all of those; it will allow your visitors to check those out for themselves.

Pictures:
Wow, you've got a great deal of pictures here. I like how you use thumbnails for the Shane Captures page. All of your other pages take way too long to load. Either break those down into smaller pages, or only ten to twenty pictures per page, or use thumbnails. You could also use text links to the pictures. The giant copyright words through the center of the images is highly distracting. Perhaps you could find a way to get rid of those and have a separate page for credits. As long as we're on the subject of losing things, get rid of the text for pages that aren't linked. Even though you have a lot here, it makes you look lazy, like you're lagging behind where even you think it should be.

Wedding:
The first thing I see is a message not to direct link. This doesn't make too much sense; it seems like you've used the same page as you did for the pictures. Now onto the content. What's the significance of "Amazed"? Was it the song they used for the first dance? Don't assume that people know these things, spell it out for them. The same things is true for "I've Had the Time of My Life" lyrics. The link for "Facts" should go under, not next to, the Amazed link. When I first clicked it, I though you might give some facts about the song. I would still provide thumbnails or text links for the after the wedding images. It's strange that you have the pictures linked here, but don't have them linked in your photos section. You could put them in both places.

Fans:
I've never thought of anyone writing fan fiction for real people. It just seems, odd. Hopefully these will be ok though. Everything looks fine, until I go to the page on Rosanne. Lose the annoying pop ups, and fast. We know you love Shane, you've devoted a whole site to them. We know it's fiction, we're in the fan fiction section. All those serve is a general annoyance that people can't get through. Though I still dislike popups, your interactive stories are a nice touch. Kudos on that. Fan meetings are nice. However, why does your Dublin trip link take me to another page with only one link? Can't you just place the second link on the first page? It makes things nicer. I also like your scan of the month. Hmm, you haven't posted a new scan since January. You might want to add a new one soon. I also like how you have the copyright small and in the corner, not distracting from the rest of the picture. Perhaps you could do that to the rest of the pictures on the site. It makes them much more appealing to look at.

Fun:
Avatars are always a nice touch. I would go through and check a few of them, though. Two look like the transparencies didn't go all the way through. There's speckles of white in between the border lines. Also, perhaps you can make them a little snazzier. It's hard to compete with all the free graphic shops out there these days, but it's a little fun to try. The signatures look nice. I haven't seen many of those around the web. You offer a lot for your visitor to do here. Great. I took some quizzes to see how much I knew. Apparently, not very much. In the Engagement quiz though, make 1003, into 2003. I'm pretty sure these guys aren't that old. The real supporter quiz is rather pointless. One would assume people would know it they're a supporter or not.

Site:
You've won a lot of awards. Can you guess what I'm going to say now? That's right! Either break those up into smaller pages, or use text links. It's just courteous to our friends with slower modems. Everything here is in working order. However, add some more to a few of the sections. For your reviews, you can tell how helpful you thought each review site was. What were your comments on their reviews. Under history, tell a little bit about each layout. When did it run? What did you like best or least about it? This is probably also the best section for your about me page to go.

WWW:
This section could very easily be combined with your site section. It serves roughly the same purpose. Under links, the blue flashing button that says new it distracting. It also doesn't match the layout too well. You can get rid of that, your visitors will be ok.

Contact
There's very little reason to have a separate page for this when you already have it linked under Site.

4 points - Grammar and Spelling
On the Gillian page, it should be, she has known Shane... not knows. I would also write "'cause" instead of "'cos". For the rest, I just added them in with the content section.

7 points - Errors, Problems etc.
A strange thing happens every once in a while with your links. Since the font size stays the same, I'm not sure what's causing this. However, when I hover over the link, it moves, either up or down, and I can't click on it. If I try to follow it, then it goes back to it's original place.

16 points - Overall Impression
You must be a huge fan to have so much content. It was amazing how much you've managed to get. However, I had to dock points as it gave me a headache straining to try to read everything. I highly recommend that you keep up with this page, you've got a lot to offer for a fan site. I'm impressed.

3 points - Bonus!!!
You receive bonus points for the fact that I had no idea who the Filans were when I started reviewing your site. Now, I know a lot more about them, but not only that, I'm interesting in finding out even more. Now, isn't that the whole point to fan sites? Yes, yes it is.

OTHERS - Comments or suggestions?
Since you have a lot of content to offer, I would suggest losing the Iframes layout. A table layout will give you more room to work with and give less scrolling for your visitors. But don't let that scare you, keep it coming with that content. The content is the strongest quality your site has to offer, good thing too, since it is the most important.
