First Impression
Ooooooh... a Gill and Shane Site. I just love the idea.
The first thing which really catched my eye was the splash pic. I think this CD thingy is really a nice idea but I also think it doesn't really match to a Shane & Gillian Site. In addition you should try to organize the fanlistings you have joined in a pop-up or like you did with the nominated-buttons. Don't like the Comic Sans Font either but that's a matter of taste ;)

Loading Time
Well, the site was there pretty quick but I was wondering why it kept loading. After 2 minutes of waiting I knew it: mp3! And it really startled me as it began so suddenly *lol* Maybe you should install a script to let your visitors choose by themselves whether they want to hear the song or not.
All other sites loaded right away.

Layout
I so cannot get enough of these wedding pictures! But for me it was a bit boring that you used the "Kiss-Pic" 4 times. And a bit brighter colour would not hurt. Black on a wedding layout is just so sad ;)
The Navigation is very easy to find. Well, actually there's no way to miss it. But the font is a bit hard to read.
Also you should add some back links to your sites as it's easier to navigate within the content.

Broken Images/Links
There is one at the Shane-Gallery: http://home.planet.nl/~thefilans/pictures/images/Shane+sis-MORGAN-6.jpg but that's still very good.
It annoyed me a bit that the pictures didn't open in a new window.

Content
There's all content you should expect from a Shane & Gillian Fansite. The profile of Gillian really impressed me. There were so many things I did not know before.
Same about the galleries: So many Pictures of Gillian I've never seen before.
I like that you have a section about yourself and btw I'm really jealous about the Pic with you and the lads *lol* but I would've loved a section about the site, too, Like past layouts.
I noticed that you update almost everyday. That's brilliant! And the news are also up-to-date. Very good.
Another plus are the interactive Fanfictions.
I liked the quizzes but to be honest I really sucked at them *lol* But you should add the right answers coz the visitor only gets to know how much answers he got right but not which ones.

Creativity/Originality
The layout is original... not my fave but still original. You see div layer-layouts everywhere at the moment.
The fact that you're doing a site just about Shane und Gillian is really great because there are so many sites about all 5 of the lads but less about their Girlfriends/Wifes.
I don't think I have seen "Guess their number" on another Westlife Site. And the Gillian Dolls are really cute. Besides that there are not many extraordinary things.

You gave proper credit to all who donated pictures. But maybe you should also credit the site where you got the brushes for your wallpapers from.

Overall Impression
To be honest I didn't like the site that much at first because the layout isn't exactly my taste but then click by click I changed my mind. There's many really interesting info, I did not know before. And some cool stuff for visitors.
For me it's very important to update as much as possible. That's what you do!
Overall it's a very nice site. You should try to improve your layout skills and add some back links to the sites. But in general there's not much to complain about.
